In Uganda, many Muslim communities lack well established mosques which makes it very difficult for Muslim believers to conduct daily prayers thus widening the gap between them and Allah. For some mosques; Muslims do not have where to sit as mats are so old and are put directly on the ground (soil).

As TICO, we construct mosques in marginalized Muslim communities of Uganda to help strengthen the Islamic faith through continued conduct of prayers.

Basing on the above motive, we seek for your support and collaboration towards constructing a school Masjid at Lady Mariam Islamic Nursery and Primary School, Mityana District for needy children of this school and the community at large. This mosque will host over 150 pupils. Its construction is budgeted for UGX 36,883,909 (USD 10,095).
