According to the Uganda Bureau of Statistics, 14 percent of the population are Muslims, totaling 9.1 million individuals. However, many Muslims do not have access to the Holy Quran, Quran teachers, and other Islamic books necessary to deepen their understanding of Islam.

TICO distributes Qurans and Yassarna booklets to mosques, Quran memorization centers, and individuals to bring Allah’s word closer to vulnerable Muslims who cannot afford to purchase such materials.
