In the name of Allah, the most Merciful, the most gracious. May His peace and blessings be showered upon the last messenger Muhammad (S.A.W), Assalamu Alaikum Warahumatullahi Wabarakatuhu, Twahirah Islamic Charity Organisation started operating officially in February 2022 as a team of young and devoted people who want to see change in Uganda. We have been able to support a number of vulnerable groups including orphans, the disabled, and widows among others through the support we get from philanthropists in different countries. These include individuals we term as “Members” and organisations we term as “Partners”. We support the needy by conducting projects that restore hope through loving and sharing. These projects are majorly developmental and capacity building which are aimed at achieving self-sustenance. We thank philanthropists who are currently on our team and as the head of this organisation, I call upon you to also join us in serving those who need our help because without us, they may not have a chance to smile tomorrow. We need more members, partners, volunteers and donors.
